Joseph T. Ergastolo joined the firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1995. He has significant experience in complex litigation in state and federal courts, including unfair competition, unfair trade practice act claims, antitrust, trade secrets, officer and director liability, real property, and product liability.
Mr. Ergastolo is also a trained mediator and has represented clients in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution forums, including the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Mr. Ergastolo received his juris doctor from the University of San Diego in 1988 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marquette University in 1985.
